Busy week getting my daughter ready for her senior year, so didn't have much time for my usual exercise. Need to make it more routine. But on a good note I maintained my weight didn't gain any!

I changed my profile picture to show what I use to look like before gaining all my weight. Weight in that picture is 115 lbs. My goal weight & idea weight for my height. Hopefully, my seeing that picture each day I log my food & exercise it will help keep me motivated to reach my goal.

Let myself slip this past week, got lazy & didn't exercise like I should have, but this is a new week; I'm not giving up. Just got to learn to be more disciplined in my workouts & not let anything or anyone stop me from doing them. Actually, I have no excuses...I'm home all day by myself & can workout anytime I want, yet I find myself sitting on the computer reading articles when I should get off my butt & get moving!

I didn't get to exercise like I would normally do, because of a strained muscle in my back; yet I still managed to lose weight. I'm so proud of myself!
