Plans got switched up a bit. Went out with a friend to lunch and got sushi. Anyone know the calorie content/nutrition info for sushi? I felt guilty eating it but when I thought about it, its all fish, veggies and rice. How bad can it be? ;) Anyway, I did not eat much of it and now I have dinner at the in-laws ahead of me. Hoping its not pasta. Hope youre all having a great day!

Goodmorning everyone! Seems warmer out today which is nice, but it's also rainy :/ Oh well. Im really hoping to do well with eating today since we are going over my in-laws for our weekly thursday night dinner and my mother in law is one of the best cooks i know. Blah! Times like this you really wish people were terrible cooks :P Anyway, Im feeling pretty good today. Stepped on the scale and it kept jumping between 129.8 and 130.0 and finally landed on 129.8 but I recorded 130 just to be safe. So Im off to school now. Hoping that everyone feels motivated and supported to do well today. Let's have a good Thursday! :)

Ok, my FS friends... Im attempting to walk to the grocery store. A bit of a long walk. It will probably be something like 9 miles there and back again. But I think it will be nice. Good exercise :)
Wish me luck and pray I dont get hit by a car! ;)
