Dua hari lalu makan banyak banget. Dari nasi padang pake rendang + telur, malemnya makan indomie, belum lagi nyemil macem macem. Pas nimbang langsung naik 2kg jadi 82,7. Terus kmarin aku makan sehat lagi kek sayur dll. Barusan nimbang udah 79,5 😶 aku terkejot. Biasanya ga secepet ini turunnya. Tapi emang semenjak jaga makan, walau sering cheat😬 BB jadi gampang turun

Akhirnya bisa workout lagi setelah 3mingguan sakit ditambah sibuk nyusun penelitian. Kirain bakal ngos ngosan banget kaya diawal, tapi ternyata ngerasa lebih enteng. Semangat💪🏻💪🏻
