Somehow, I've managed to do what I once thought impossible: I've been maintaining self-control around food. I drink water, coffee or a diet pop instead of eating things like Doritos or french fries or cheeseburgers. I think part of it is that I've been making an effort to pay attention to what's been going into my mouth. I eat far too many bags of Doritos at work when I'm on break. I'll be stopping that now. I spend too much time thinking about my next meal - I'm a food addict, mind you! I'll have to find other things to think about.
Like the Mega Millions Lottery is really up high right now! Holy cow, whoever wins that money will be richer than most of the A-List celebrities out there! That's a lot of cash. I've bought my tickets for that, so let's hope I win. Then, I can hire a personal trainer to follow me to a secluded place where they can work me out hard like they do on the Biggest Loser and I could lose weight faster but without the competition. I think I could do it!
