My breakfast for tomorrow: Boiled maize grits with mashed pumpkin.
My lunch: Grilled shrimps with soya sauce, boiled broccoli and crunchy beans. Topped up by Parmesan cheese.

Tortilla wrapped sandwiches became a hit for me recently. My brekkie today is Whole wheat tortilla with 🥚 scrambled with mozzarella and parsley, wrapped with 🥑 and 🍅. Slightly fried on the pan without oil.
