What can a person do with a chronic illness? When making food fatigues the hell out of you, what hope is there for a workout? Or the rest of your life? A pain flare can knock me out for the entire day unexpectedly and it is frustrating as hell. I know that crap food is making it worse but I am just so fucking at the end of my rope. I tried to make a salad and had to stop 3 times. Its pathetic. I drink like 3 or 4 liters of water a day and manage 1 or 2 meals plus any quick/easy snacks and the rest of my time is spent trying to finish homework while also managing pain. Of course pizza pops and energy drinks are my life. I could use some encouragement or ideas here if anybody has experience with illness while trying to lose/manage weight. I'm honestly not usually such a downer and I really try to stay positive but I'm having a day today.
