After years of not eating popcorn suddenly I find myself wanting some for a snack. Many of the kids at the school I work at bring it as a lunch item(?) maybe that’s why I’m thinking about it. So, what’s my healthiest choice. Last night I ate some at the movies....I KNOW that’s not it. Dislike microwave types, and the additives they have. Thanks

Have had company for 2 weeks. Tried to relax the “rules” just a bit to accommodate a little celebrating and visiting. Today I find that my weight has fluctuated but is back where it was 2 weeks ago. No step forward unfortunately, but none backward either I guess. Onward!

I’d said I’d stop weighing weekly. But I allow a day every couple weeks when I can have a drink and/or eat something more fun than healthy. Took advantage of that Friday so I wanted to see what, if any; difference it made. Now today it’s brunch out with friends....glad I opted for a healthy salad with a beer on Friday!

The fires, the Heat! Would love a soaking Rain! ( no lightning please). Been walking early to beat the heat...today it was 77° @ 5:20 a.m. Warm, but we managed. Back out just after 7 w/ dog...thankfully still only 77°. Expected high of 103°, we’re @ 91° just now.
