Walked last night again- went 1 block further but walked faster. Have really been drinking water and have been peeing like crazy!!!! Gonna try to walk again tonight!

Have been doing better- trying to really be more active- walked yesterday 35 min at a pretty good pace. Going to walk tonight if the weather holds.

Gotta get my grove back!!!

Just hsve to get my butt off the couch!! But going walking every day this week with my nephew. It will help him to get out and help to keep me motivated.

Not happy at all with how I am doing. I make 2 steps forward and go 3 steps back. I just have to pull it togather. I am going to have to get more exercise....I just have to do this.
