Good morning everyone,
Are we all ready for another exciting day of diet and exercise? So, drink that water, count those points, rev up the treadmill and get those bodies moving. (This was written to get myself motivated but I hope it helps others too.)

I went out last night and had a few drinks. I hope it doesn't mess things up. I used some of my extra weekly points. I guess we will see on Friday. Cross your fingers for me that things get better.

I'm very disappointed about my weigh in. Three weeks now and the scale hates me. I am doing everything right, I walk on the treadmill 4 times a week, and do muscle toning 3 times a week. I eat right and count my points and always have points from my extra 35. I don't understand what is happening and I am getting very discouraged. It's 4 months till my hubby gets home and I fell like I won't be done in time. I want him to notice a huge difference in me but as of right now, I haven't changed much. I want to be able to greet him wearing a sexy little outfit but at this rate, I won't be able to do that. What else can I do that I am not allready doing? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I AM SOOOOOOO AGRAVATED WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION!!!!!!!

I need a good swift kick in the pants to get me exercising again. Please help. I have to wait till my son is in bed so he doesn't bug me. I think about walking the treadmill all day, I am ready willing and able and then I get my son to bed and I can't seem to force myself to climb on and get moving. HELP ME!!!
