hey guys went was with family since friday.. now i did cheat.. yesterday lol.. and i came home today dont make any sense but hey i didnt do bad..i ate two jamiacan(wow i dont know how you spell that lol) patties.. man they were good.. i dont regret them and i think its cause i'm not so anal about weighin myself all the time like i was because my hubby took my scale.. and i wont get it till the first of october.. not to long from now.. and i'm leaving for memphis this weekend.. and i might cheat again who knows..i may not.. but i know i'm not gonna gain anything from cheating yesterday

35 mins on elliptical burned 309.8 cals.. my tummy is not working with me right now... i dunno what it is and i'm sleepy as all hell.. off to bed ladies.. have a good nite

leaving for my moms in a couple days.. and i'm kinda scared cause everytime i go there i end up eating things that i'm not supposed to eat.. they DO NOT believe in diets.. but that house i swear i've never heard people complain their guts like my mom and aunt do.. its kinda funny.. but yeah there's a party over there this weekend and of course i have to help cook.. and the pressure is always on when i go there ..and then i have that wedding to go to next week.. gonna be in memphis for 4 days.. so we shall see how things go.. my hubby took my scale 2 days ago and i feel so weird cause i love seeing the numbers go down(i know that shouldnt be the most important) but it is to me seeing how i dont count carbs also. the scale is what lets me know that i'm doing good.. gotta make sure i hit the gym today..

went to the gym today.. had my reggae and dancehall blasting.. man that is so much fun.. dont get me wrong its still hard to get me to the gym but once i get there,its not too bad.. spent 35 mins on the elliptical burned 310 calories.. I'm getting there girls.. how is everybody else doing?.. havent really talked to anybody on here.. been a lil busy with trying to go the gym and maintaining the house and the little boy..

i finally figured out why my weight loss ticker wasnt working its cause i weighed more then the started weight.. wow, i should have figured that out before.. lol i feel special right now
