Baked Apple Vegan Style
No butter, no sugar
Core apples, cut bottom of the core off to use as a plug.
Mix cinnamon and pure maple syrup and pour into center.
Bake on 350 for approximately 25-30 mins. Check for desired doneness.
They may look ugly but they eat good!
Tip..Granny Smiths take about 10 mins more.

Hummus, Onion, Black Olive & Caper Pizza!
This made my mouth do a happy dance.
I need to work out the nutritional values on this....
Oh darn, I'll have to make it again😉

Spiced chickpeas
1 can chickpeas, toss with evoo and spices of choice, bake at 450 for 40 mins. Check the bigger ones, they may need a few minutes more. Very crunchy, make sure to add a lot of spice.
