Today I will start walking. due to some medical issues I cannot walk a 30 minute walk straight thru, but can do 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I am going to be working up to that day I can walk 30 minutes with no issue.Remember WATER, WATER, WATER. Drink until you become water loggeed

OMG I hurt so bad. walked more Saturday than I have walked totally for a week. I can hardly move. But honestly it feels so good. any suggestions out there for what I can when I hurt so bad. Arthritis is taking over my hips and legs. I went with my sister Saturday, and we went shopping and I did not realize how much we had done till I got home. I own a pedomiter now and really enjoy it.

On August 18th I walked a total of 5,237 steps. This is really good for me. I have ben trying to get back to 10,,000 steps a day. I will succeed. It's been a slow process after surgery but I am getting there.
