Went out to dinner at a fancy restaurant on Saturday night for my birthday. I decided not to track my points since it's my birthday. Well, let's just say I gained a pound. I didn't come back here until I lost that pound haha. But here's the thing, going to my mom's for birthday dinner on Thursday and mother in laws for birthday dinner on Friday. No wonder the holidays are so hard on diets.

Hanging out with friends is not good for weight loss, last night I was with a group of friends and had 2 slices of pizza and 2 sodas, ugh. Thank goodness for those weekly extra points, which are now gone!

Had a pretty healthy dinner last night, but I still have to figure out the points. I've been getting into Freezer cooking lately, but I do it slowly. Basically I make a large batch of something, divide it in half and have one part for dinner and freeze the other part to use on a day when I don't have time to cook.
