You don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight...just eat meals that leave you with no guilt...and ofcoz don’t forget to indulge every now and then (control). If you gonna have alcohol...choose meat than sugar treats.

I’m at my best shape and I feel good! Most importantly I eat food that I doesn’t make me feel guilty and I allow myself to indulge every now and then. Mind, body and soul 😊
