La idea es la siguiente. Semana 1: 1500Kcal, Semana 2: 1300Kcal. Semana 3: 1000Kcal (con multivitaminico) Semana 4: 1600Kcal, Semana 5: Régimen Normocalorico. La idea es luego descansar del déficit para volver a él 🤐

Completamos el día 1 de 7 con 1000Kcal. Bastante difícil, sólo 2 comidas en el día. Pero esto ayuda a fortalecer la voluntad y disciplina!
