My original goal 2 years ago was that I wanted to be 140 at 40- now that I am almost at that place I really need to find out what the end number will be- I would love to be 125 or 130 but is that a real goal? I have never been that small, except in my 20’s for a very short time, I am not that girl anymore… so for a woman in her 40’s at 5’4 what weight should I be?

Feeling good today. Getting back into Control which is good, wanting to get on the treadmil tonight... last day of spring break so the kids will get back into a routine next week. weee

Spring time in the rockies! and I feel good today- weekend is coming up and I am hoping some of the snow is gone before then- Love Spring Snow, smells so good- like that the weight from the start of the week didn't hang on to tight either that is an additional bonus to the morning.
