Church brunch fluff pie. tossed the crust. I did not eat the whole thing but not sure how much i did eat. staid away from the baked rolls and candy. Others liked the fluff pie and no one noticed i was restricting what I ate.

back on keto, cutting calories don't work for me. helps with the cr. fatigue once past the keto flew.Thank you for all the support. A lot of that is water weight since I just started up with keto again. But more important to me my skirts are looser. I weigh one a month otherwise I get to disappointed on scale fluctuations. I am 55 and losing, it is hard work. Youngsters lose it before you brake the speed-limit. It is easer. But it still can be done in the golden years.:).
