青椒肉丝 (qīngjiāoròusī : pepper steak) with white rice for dinner. Super easy to make except for julienning all the ingredients.

Just made 麻婆豆腐 (Mapo tofu) and rice for late lunch.🍚 Husband and I loved the harmony of numbing spiciness and soft texture of tofu. Sooo authentic and Deeelicious!
