Good Morning all! I'm just checking out myfatsecret while I work up motivation to hop on the elliptical before work. I feel light and breezy this morning! Also well rested as I went to bed fairly early last night. I've got good news. My hours at work are going up to about 35 a week (which is much better than 24) and I passed my 90 day eval. I'm officially a bus driver for Voyageur Bus Company! WOO HOO!!! I also get my raise which means I get to give up Saturdays babysitting of 4 more kids than the one I've got! Oh that will be much less stress for me. Maybe... I still got to think about it... I really like those kids and we have a lot of fun! :( Anyway, write more later!

Ya know what? Tonight I worked out and I feel great! I don't know why I ever stop exercising, the way it makes me feel... Today I did really great. I stayed within my carb limit without EVER feeling hungry. Ialso want to add something. Two days ago my period started...ugh, but two days before that I normally would have been pmsing in a major way. I didn't even notice, but Sean said, hey, I was surprised to find out you're on the rag, we didn't fight not once this week! LMAO!!! Wow that is true, usually I'd be crying and finding something to fight about with him. Way to go me! I'll be surprised if my weight doesn't go down next monday!

About to work out Jillian (Last Chance Workout). It really kicks my ass, so wish me luck!!! Invited someone to workout with me, but alas they have no babysitter!

Well, today I did very well, eating wise... I'm restarting my exercise regiment... Working back up to it slowly but surely. Every day I can do a couple more minutes on the elliptical than I could the day before. What concerns me, is that I feel like I'm wearing myself out. I wake up at 4:30 every morning So I have some me time, get on the elliptical, shower, go to work, come home, clean, run after my two year old for two hours, go to work again, come home, make dinner, chase after my two year old til bedtime, and by the end of it all, I feel like a zombie. How in the world does one find motivation to come home from work and exercise for an hour? It takes everything inside me to stop myself from falling asleep on the couch after I walk in the door. HELP!

Well, I've been on atkins for a while, total weight lost since last summer is about 50 pounds give or take. I hopped off the wagon for a couple months and now im just hoppin right back up there... So I've been on induction for about 2 weeks again... I've lost 5 lbs so far. Which is kind of disappointing, but it'll do. I'm hoping to shed forty pound by June 18th which is my wedding day. What a wonderful wedding gift that would be huh? Anyway, I'm excited about this website, it has a great format, easy to navigate and people seem to really want to support eachother, so hopefully it helps.
