A lot of exercise and a lot of work going in.... I guess this is the plateau bit where the muscle is building :-) Not worrying as again I am still the fitnest I have been and I am even now in summer dresses at work which has never happened before. Have dragon boating this weekend and round the bridges so a big weekend for energy exertion... bring it on :-)

No weight change but the energy levels are high, fitness is awesome and clothes are a lot looser :-) Run my first 8 km last week, no stops and under an hour... for me that is awesome... did my small run this week which is 4km and run that is 25 mins... felt awesome even though I was sucking big ones at the end. Feeling quite prepared for my physical weekend of dragon boating and round the bridges :-)

Trainings are starting to pay off... now to work on the eating input :-)

Mastering the art of exercise again this week and starting to incorporate the eating aspect... will be interesting to see if there are changes... last week - pump - sunday, ran 5km - monday, grit/HIIT - tuesday, boxfit - wednesday, ran 5 km - thursday...
This week - sunday/swimming, monday/5km, tuesday/grit, wednesday/boxfit, thursday/7km run
Managing to fit in 20min walks at work during afternoon tea also.
Gotta pay off somewhere right?
