I had a health screening at work today. Blood pressure 125 over 83. cholesterol is 232.....need to do something about that. HDL 57 and LDL 150 Waist is 36" and hips are 42". BMI 33......Oh MY!!!!
I have to do this for my HEALTH....not just to look better! Really trying to hop back on the wagon. Had a difficult time lately. Lots of extended family issues. Thank GOD my household is OK. Still need to look out for Mom and brothers...trying to keep it together.

More illness in the house!!! My daughter has been sick for 3 days...puking...yea me!!! Well finally everyone is back to school and I am back at work. I have TOTALLY let everything slack off!!!
Need to get back in the game. I haven't weighed in for a week and a half. I'm afraid of what I'll see. Well that said. I am headed straight to the elliptical after work. The whole family will be at church. So I can go home, eat dinner, work out, shower and then everyone will be home. I really need this ALONE time! Need to get my head back in this game. I am also going to journal ALL my food. Wish me luck.

Well had 2 sickies yesterday. Up until 2:45am on Wednesday evening/Thursday Morning. Way too tired to do much of anything after work THursday. I did journal my food and stayed on point!!I WILL GET ON THE ELLIPTICAL tonight!!!
