Didn't bring back any souvenirs from NYC but brought back a bug. Normally I weigh in on Sundays but my weight has dropped due to illness so I will wait until I even out before logging it. Rough way to drop a few pounds. Just had my first real meal in 3 days. Broth/tea then eggs yesterday. Hoping this bug is on its way out. Ran out of my diabetes medicine before I could trust myself to drive again. BS up a bit not too awful considering I am sick. Husband is out for the count too or he would have gotten it for me. I see the light at the end of the tunnel...
Wished for good health to all of you. this stinks!

Hi everyone. I am back from the NYC tour with 52 teenagers. Very proud of myself. I didn't stray from my WOE even once. Though I did inhale deeply as I walked past the very many chocolate shops and bakeries! A year ago, I would not have thought it possible for me not to take a bite of pasta or the amazing chocolate torte at Carmine's. But I did it and didn't feel deprived at all as I drank my tea with real cream! Come home down a pound. Didn't really have time to log my food but very proud of myself.

Well the scale actually said 225.4 but I can hardly believe that so rounding up. I seem to be in a period of rapid weight loss. Not sure why, nothing has changed so I will just be grateful! I will be gone for the next 5 days. Taking a trip with 52 Fine Arts teenagers to NYC. Taking my on plan snacks and planning for success. Hoping to come back at least at the same weight. (But am secretly hoping for a loss)
