alhamdulillah,makan teratur sesuai kebutuhan kalori (versi cutting ya) dg enjoy+olga ringan hari+tidur cukup 7 jam+menikmati pola makan/hidup sehat, ga terasa lemak tubuh semakin menyusut.. pdhl dulu hampir putus asa krn usia sudah diatas 35th
