So happy to report that my post-cruise weight has actually gone down!! I managed to avoid most temptations but did not deny myself the occasional dessert or bevvie. The gym on the ship was rarely busy and they offered spin classes and boot camp and stretch classes. We did active shore excursions so it was a great way to spend a guilt free holiday!!

I was so excited to see this number on the scale today. I only dreamed that I would be below 185 before Christmas!! Still one week to go. Maybe I can drop one more pound before the cruise. Clothes are fitting well. My summer shorts are too big 😮 and I gave away my old shorts because I never thought I’d be this weight by December. I’m not complaining!! So happy to see the start of a waistline!! Let’s keep working FS warriors. We can do this!!
