Sarapan cuma roti di airfyer pakein cinamon sama madu plus segelas susu lowfat,Gue bukan orang yg rajin ngolah menu diet,ya makan aja makanan rumahan bikin mknan diet paling bisa dihitung jari deh..jangan diikutin yak guys sifat pemalas ini😂😂

150 gr oatmeal (pake quacker oat merah,100 gr di blender halus 50 gr jgn di blender)
1butir telur
3sndok madu ( blh diganti gula diet)
2sndok cocoa bubuk
Choco chips terserah
2 sendok margarin dcairkn
Aduk semua,oven /di telfon 15 mnt
