Well, ate lettuce 2 days in a row, and it made me sick. That's why the number went down by almost 2 lbs! Nice to lose, but not that way!!

Happy 43rd birthday to me!! Had birthday cake 2 days in a row now...oh jeesh!!! Did get my 5.5 mile walk in today.
Looked on line for inspiration into a new, healthy diet...looking for ideas in better foods to eat. I'm very limited on how much I can spend on groceries weekly. This is both a blessing and a curse. If there's not much to eat, that can help, but if there's nothing but carbs and starches left, you either eat it, or wait til you can go to the grocery store, (which is usually Thursdays). The Curse is that we are not inundated with food out the wazoo!!
Here's too beginning a new challenge!!!

Went and ate at an "All you can eat, buffet", Hate those kinds of places, but was with other people. I tried to be so careful. Pretty much ate all my cals for the friggin' day!! grrr...YOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally did some measurements: biceps 13.25 in., chest 41.5 in., under chest 35 in., waist 40.5 in., thighs L-24.5 R 25, calves L 15.25 R 15, and hips 43.5in. Never have kept track of in, but think will be interesting to re-measure in 3-6 mos..
