Good Morning, lovely day! I went roller skating last night and it KICKED MY BUTT!! It was really fun and I found out I can still skate backwards and still pretty zippy but those little kids who are close to the ground have no fear of falling!!! they zoom up in your space pushing and just not caring.. they are falling left and right and up like nothing, we did not fall but a couple times I would get near the wall so I didn't!!! HILARIOUS!! it really was fun but I am FEEEEELIN it today, didn't want to get out of bed.. which is why I weighed but didnt do a journal this morning.. until now. I'm down 2!! awesome!!! good stuff.. Today is a long work day so not too much in the working out but I'll get something in today, maybe a walk so I can work it out...Hooray for Thursday!

hello and welcome to Wednesday.. and Happy St Patty's Day! Yesterday was a long long long work day.. not just the hours but overalll felt like it would never end.. I didn't eat like I should.. only in the fact that I had breakfast, lunch and a snack and then I didn't get a chance to eat again for 10 HOURS!!!!! ( i have some words that I wn't use here that I was grumbling last night) so when I finally had a real chance to eat somethin (I was drinking water during this time period, I had a half gallon of water during that time)it was 11 o'clock, i was starving, knew I shouldn't eat that late, but was starving!! so I started grabbing lunch meat and cream cheese and this and that and ate.. and well HELLOOOOO today i'm back up.. a lb.. but it is fine. It will happen. I will lose it again, and maybe see it again, but I hope not.
today I am cheery... trying to figure out how to get all errands done during lunch and right after work..

Goals!! Goals!! Goals!!!
I have to quit being silly and allowing myself to occasionally have a nibble of things I DON'T NEED here and there!! While it is not affecting my numbers now it will if I keep it up!! GRRRRRRrrr! I am set, I am going to see if I can possibly duplicate what I have done in the past 2 mos in the next 2 mos, I know it will be harder but I have goals. I know this isn't a quick fix but a lifestayle choice to be healthier and happier.
2 months from now, I am going to AZ to see my best friend who I haven't seen in 9 mos already, and I was close to my biggest last time I saw her.. she is such a wonderful person, she is sooo supportive and tells me everyday how proud she is of me for doing this and being happier and feeling better about myself. When I go out to see her I want to be stunning! I won't be to my goal yet but I will be smaller than I have been in 3 or 4 yrs.
I hope.
But anyway.. I am doing this for me, but this is a new drive for me.. b/c I want to be just WOW when I step off that plane and when I run into all my friends back there. I need to add exercise and my food to my journal again, and keep it up... I did 45 mins of cardio yesterday!! wooo! Today is a 13 hr work day so probably not much exercise but I will try.
This will happen!!!!! I CAN DO THIS!

well I am up a few oz today but it's not surprising, I wasn't very good with the water yesterday, I was working and so busy running around I wasn't downing it like i should, and I ate a little late last night.. but it's okay b/c I will kick butt today and lose the weight and then some! My job I work at on nights and weekends is at a Walgreens and my store has to be in the Twilight Zone.. I have NEVER been anywhere else where so much weird s#!t happens.. alllll the time! nearly every shift just something odd.. we had a guy crawl in (yes crawl) yesterday morning.. scared the hell outta me and then he just dropped flat on the floor and was shaking.. we called 911 they sent an ambulance.. the guy was making retching noises but wasn't getting sick but it was enough to gross me out.. the medics said he was severally drunk.. had alcoholic gastritis.. anyway.. they took him away.. but i mean.. we dont even know how the guy got to our store, if he crawled or if he had driven from somewhere or what!!?!?
also a lady drove into our propane tank yesterday.. luckily no explosion or leaks.. but WOW.. and of course the few wonderfully out of their mind customers who always visit us..
never a dull moment.. =)
