Well it's not 1500 calories but to get it from almost 4000 in one day down to 1638 I'm happy with that! I also went for a 3 km walk on trails around a nature conservation area with my son! First time in weeks getting more than 5000 steps in a day! Good start I'd say 👍😉👌

Just starting out! Goal is to lose 100 lbs! According to the calorie tracker I have some big changes to make! 1st step to my goal is to get below 2000 calories. Starting tomorrow. It may be a gradual process but my time limit for this step is Monday Aug. 17th
