I can’t rely on my home scales which says I’ve lost 6lbs today, i want it to be true but I know it’s not. Cooked entire pack of sausages and the smell is amazing 😉 only gonna have 1 sausage though.
I spoke to Debbie today - she’s very down - she says doesn’t want to live and has nothing to live for. It’s hard being alone and a parent to a disabled grown up child who is essentially a newborn in an adults body. Debbie doesn’t have a life - she is so unhappy.

So Christmas came early for me again, cakes and mince pies at work for the past two weeks as well as a lot of tasty goodies. Not one ounce of guilt at all the delicious foods that have passed my lips- I’ve enjoyed every morsel 😋 and the 8 lbs gained were only to be expected - but now it time to star shredding for the wedding 🎩👰. So back on to Fast800 and using up leftover turkey
