I haven't been following the diet very well these past 10 days. In the beginning I was very motivated! Thinking I could up my workouts to twice a day. Boy was I wrong. I know I can do it but I haven't been focused. I'm getting back on track as of tomorrow. I would say today but thats not realistic. I am going to do my usual workout today but I need to work that morning and night into my day. I'm going to keep striving toward my goal and I do know it takes time and this weight didn't come overnight and its definitely not going to leave overnight. I really wanted to be in the 140s but that's not likely. Hopefully this month I will get there.

Hi Fat Smashers,
I am excited to report that the scale is going down! Just finished working out and feeling great. I've just uped my workouts to twice a day, in the morning before work and after work. So I will see where this takes me.
Keep up the good work and I look forward to checking in next week.

I haven't been following the diet as closely as I should have but my exercise has been consistent. I'm back on track as of today so my weigh ins will be weekly. Today I'm restarting with Phase 1. So I am on my journey to my ideal weight.

I've been following this diet faithfully for the past 3 days and I can really tell the difference. I've been really sore due to the exercise. I'm sticking with it! So I will be checking in every week with my progress good or bad. The last week was hectic for me but I started the diet on Friday June 1st. I appreciate the support.

I haven't bought the book yet because I couldn't find it at Target, Walmart or Kmart. Today I will go to Borders before work to pick up a copy so I can follow this diet correctly. Everyone seems to be losing weight and thats the kind of encouragement I need. I've been lazy these last couple of days with my kids getting out of school so I will be back on track starting tomorrow. I do have more energy and I have lost a pound and a half so far so I am making progress.
