Belt is starting to fit better. Another week or two and I can take it down a notch I believe. The entire family is feeling better and doing much better too.

Those free meals are fun (and needed), but dang... a week to get back to where I was.. ouch. I am waiting to see what the longer term effects are. I wanted to start in on the mountain bike today; snowing pretty good and the mud is nasty.

I don't seem to have recovered my continued weight loss after my free meal this weekend. Not completely unexpected, but going on a bit longer than I like. I may need to push out my free meals to 8 weeks instead of 6... I can say that the Sushi was EXCELLENT!!
