I roast several at once by wrapping them in foil and tucking them into the oven to cook.
Caramelised beetroot and onions with garlic, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar ❤️

Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, chickpeas, pumpkin!
Very easy and fast to produce. I have sliced everything, I use my favorite spices, olive oil, rosemary or thyme. perfect taste. 40 min - oven, then I mix everything together. Bon Appetit.
