Hai mau nanya, kalau lewat tl tolong di jawab ya hihi
Aku ini orang dengan darah rendah bgt kisaran 86/50an darahnya, trus kalau diet gini kan ngurangin minyak ya trus nasinya aku ganti oat, apa itu makin ngaruh ke darah rendah? Soalnya ibu aku jd malah ngomel” bingung ngasi taunya🥲

niat hati latihan beban supaya tangan kuat, karena kemaren ga lolos interview kerja cuma grgr hrd ngeliat aku kek kecil trus lemes wkwk tp emang lemes si🤣 yaudah bangun massa otot skalian biar tangannya kuat ya!
