2 hari ini mkn nya gak di jaga..minum teh pucuk..makan roti goreng coklat..wafer coklat keju..seblak..gorengan..chiki taro..dll..alhasil naik 1 kg BB nya.. maafkan,aquu khilaf..nyeseeellll bgtt.

size udh make L... celana yg biasa dipake skrg udh kedodoran..org2 udh pd blg bdn mengecil..tapi saya blm puass..PR nya masih banyak..wlpn turun tiap bulan nya cm 1kg - 3kg..gak apa2..maklum blm bisa clean food ataupun realfood..masih mkn bakso..mie ayam..gorengan..nasi..dll. saya gak bisa makan cm rebus2an..tanpa garam..saya mau kurus..sehat tapi gak tersiksa..yg pasti ttp defkal.
