I turned 25 and discovered no-sugar-added Blue Bell ice cream. My husband took me shopping for some new clothes for my birthday, and I was thrilled to find I can wear an 18 again (I was wearing a 20/22). Didn't reach my goal of being below 200 by my birthday, but I'm still feeling good. Except for my back... It's still giving me grief, so I'm walking every chance I get, and I've made appointments to see a different chiropractor and then, a few weeks later, the orthopedic doc who used to monitor my scoliosis when I was a teenager.
