First full day at my new job (sales associate)on my feet, walking around the store helping customers all day. I entered it in as exercise, walking 2 mph; I don't see why that wouldn't count. We'll see if this will help me in not only losing weight but being happy for having a job now, will motivate me to exercise on my days off.

I haven't been following my diet good & haven't been exercising either. It's no ones fault but my own, but I'm hoping since I've finally gotten back to working my whole outlook on life will change! (Unemployed since April 2010; dealing with health problems & slow job markets)

One would think since I don't have a job, I would workout more; however, I don't cause it's boring alone. If I had some one to go walking with or biking with it wouldn't't feel so much like a workout, but a friendly get together. My other problem is not getting in enough calories, I try to eat 3 meals a day, but at times I have to make myself eat cause I just don't always have an appetite. I sit down weekly & plan out my meals but don't always stick to them cause I'm just not hungry. I have a home gym sort of...an elliptical in my bedroom, a treadmill in my daughters room, & a stationary bike in the living room; as well as a bag with my dumbbells, resistents bands & stability ball. My boyfriend said I could have half of the basement to make my gym, but after working hard to clean it up & telling him to move the rest of his stuff; instead he packed it back full with more car parts. I believe that's another reason I don't workout, but I need to stop with these excuses & find away to get more motivated or remain fat!

This cold is kicking my butt...if my head doesn't open up soon I'm going to need oxygen...lol Seriously though the past few weeks have been my enemy for losing any weight (knee pain & sickness); hopefully, things will turn around soon. I have a really hard time getting in the calories I need when I don't feel like cooking or even getting out of bed.
