Temen2 fs aku mau nanyakk nih. Alhamdulillah turun 7kg, meskipun masih kurang 6kg lagi hehee. aku defkal + wo yt salsalivit. makan masakan rumahan, sekali2 ttp jajan (geprek, kopi kekinian, keripik singkong). untuk makan yg bener2 cleanfood aku belom siap nih, takutnya brenti tengah jalan kayak diet2 yg dulu huhuu. kalau misalnya nih target kurang 3kg an baru mulai cleanfood gimana guys?

Terharu sama diri sendiri, meskipun baru turun 6kg hehe. Mindset aku banyak berubah 😂 kalo dulu diet gaboleh dilanggar pantangannya, kl dilanggar ngrasa berdosa banget tp nextday gak dilanjut mikirnya kayak sia2 gt soalnya abis cheat 🤣. kalo skrg alhamdulillah uda enggak. skrg dietnya lebih santai, olhraga min 3x sminggu. makan masakan rumahan, cuman emang minyak dikurangin. kalo ada kue sikat ajaa 🤣 gak merasa berdosa, besok back on track agii. banyak buah sayur. tp bisa dibilang makanku tetep kek dulu cuman ngemil nya berkurang. skrg suka ngemil buah kalo dulu keripik2 🤣🤣. ttp smngat guyss 😘
