Well, that was to be expected, now back on track...we will succeed!!!
I also reevaluated my goal weight, I wish we could have minigoals, and a final goal. I'd put each prepreggo weight as a minigoal (133lbs, 127lbs) then a final goal of 125 or 120...anything less than that I can't imagine, yet!

Yeah! Grilled Chicken, steamed cauliflower, and a delicious little cabbage saute (shredded cabbage, olive oil, feta cheese, diced red bell pepper, dash of salt and seasoning) for dinner tonight! That's much better.

Yup, yesterday was a total write off...we made it through almost 2 bags(40 mini boxes) of Smarties, then had Chinese food for dinner. I didn't dare weigh myself this morning. I'm not eating well today...pannenkokken for breakfast, coffee...left over chinese for lunch...more coffee....but I am drinking LOTS of water. Trying to pull myself back onto the horse...lol! But I am in a much better mood, so it'll all work out, I'll get back on track. Maybe fish for dinner? Okay, probably not, but I do have chicken out, that's a start!!
I'll weigh myself tomorrow and post the damage.

I'm not doing very well the past couple of days. I don't think I've had even one vegetable or real meat (I had lunch meat in my eggs this morning) in two days. Stress eater, I fully admit. The boys and I broke into the cookies (Stroopwaffels, yum!) and the Halloween bag of Smarties about an hour ago :(
I started to exercise this morning to a DVD, but then my youngest boy knocked my water (1L) all over the carpet. I didn't get any further.
I hope I can pull myself together and salvage the day. I know it's up to me, and it's worth it. Yes, I can do it.
(PS, I'm really up a half a pound but don't want to post it unless it sticks around at least a few days, at this rate, I'll be posting a larger increase than that!!)
