Hello, everyone! So i took the BMR test today, fact is, eeeeh not so good.
The result was 1342 kcal whereas I should be torching 1500-1600. And my BMI was 38.1% instead of 28%...
I am thinking about a change in diet and exercise, any suggestions?

and the 74 plateau continues.... pfff, im having a BMR test tomorrow morning, to check things up... WISH ME HIGH SCORES

well, so... I seem to not be able to lose two lbs per week... maybe one, maybe non... But definitely not 2... Any suggestions on how to up my metabolism..? On how to be helped on the subject?

yes yes yes! i just weighed in and ta dah!!!! 73.8 !!!!! finally!!!! finally!!!
out of the darn plateau!
next, 72!!!!
and after that, i will be where i was two years ago trying to get to the 69 and down!
