I have needed 6.8#s left to goal forever it seems.... Well starting Brazilian Butt exerc dvd today....so hopefully in 4 weeks i plan to be at goal.

Wow I have to say, I was totally shocked yesterday. Went to buy something to wear for my sons Birthday party, I had been wearing a 12 which was baggy on me so I said well I will try a 10..... much to my surprise I actually fit in a 8, and they are kinda loose! went from size 16 to an 8!!!!!! had a smile on my face for the rest of the day! Never in my life had I tried on clothes and they were to big, I was always disappointed cause what I wanted was a few sizes too small. HAPPY MOMENT! 7 # left to goal

Well I have hit 6 months on Atkins, have lost 33#s. still got 9 more till goal. This has become a lifestyle change for me, I have found that outside of Atkins is not a diet I want, Eating other things makes me so sick! Also have a year of no smoking! loving my new lifestyle, never looking back.
