《 5/11(五) 減脂減重Day32 —@ 72.3kg 》

(早餐) 木瓜半顆(約300g) + 茶葉蛋 x2
(午餐) ❌爬山中,食慾降低,沒胃口。
(運動飲品) 寶礦力水得590cc x2瓶
(晚餐) 必勝客披薩(和風章魚燒) x3片
+法式蝦蟹鮑魚菇披薩 x2片
哈燒小四拼(黃金和風鱈魚塊x2、德國芝心腸 x3、薯星星 x3、烤雞棒棒腿 x1、烤雞雞翅 x2)
(喝水量) 約3500cc

(感想)
今天跟老媽去了新北新店的「銀河洞越嶺步道」走路爬山。約莫上午10點開始,到下午2:30才走出登山口,步行約15,000步左右。

回家途中,問老媽想吃什麼晚餐,她說:「從沒吃過披薩,不知道是什麼味道?」於是乎,我們晚餐即刻變成了披薩大餐......其實,這對正在減肥的我來說,完全就是超地雷食物,但不想掃老媽的興,加上這週老媽最大、老媽說了算(畢竟母親節嘛)...過了今晚,我得加倍運動來償還了,希望明早數字不會太嚇人。
