Started my low carb diet today. Didn't go to bad, only nine percent of my day was carbs due to dressing for my salad mostly. Hopefully I will get through this hunger stage and reach ketosis (I think that is what it is called) soon and can live my life without depending on food for comfort. my triglycerides are super high and a low carb diet should help eliminate this. Pray for me! I know I can do this!!

WEll, My brother has been on me to come play baseball all the time and for the last two months it seems to be taking effect! I am slowly but surely losing the weight. and I have more energy and a desire to exercise. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to pick up a heavy box without feeling your muscles strain or getting out of breath(
