So here's my journal entry for a challenge. On Thursday, I was held up at gunpoint at a gas station. Yes, I am ok, Yes, the assholes were caught. BUT! Since then... my eating has been shit.

Wow. This week was bad. Badbadbabdbadbad. Between PMS, camping, and my 10 yr high school reunion and the stress that brought on, of course I gained 2 lbs. Damn it. *sigh* back on the horse, back on the horse. Maybe the weight gain is a ruse and it'll go back down next week? Maybe? Eh? Eh?

So, come to find that jogging 3x/week for a 5K actually slims you down a lot! Who'da thunk it? I find myself often hungry after I'm done eating my food (because my portions are crazy insanely huge) and after I've eaten a portioned meal, my stomach goes, "... that's it?"
But hey! -2 lbs! Got it... :p
