Getting into the art of movement again. Whoop Whoop. Walked 10min on treadmill and did 15 modified pushups (did rest 8 times inbetween the pushups.. will get there)

At long last started to exercise! 40 squats 10 Lunges 40 calf rises 20 second wall sit 40 jumping jacks 30 leg rises. It is a start. At least.....

So I have heard that Kefir is so good for you... My tummy did not agree. Lots of cramps!!!!!
