Homemade Salad - Romaine, grapes, seasones chickpeas, seasoned chicken, onions, tomatoes. Homemade Dressing - feta cheese, nonfat greek yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper, dill, water.

Transformation Tuesday - about 200 lb vs 157 lb. Its funny how when youre bigger, you see yourself as smaller than you are. And when youre smaller, you see yourself as bigger than you are? Im trying to make efforts to celebrate my smaller weight this time.
