Maybe approaching a Plateau, will keep current RDI for a week and see want happens. If progress stops, will drop it by 200 calories. I would like to lose another 30 lbs. before starting to exercise.

Well I have lost 16lbs in two weeks simply by reducing portions. I have been keeping under 2204 calories, and plan on modifying my diet when I plateau. I'm eating the same fast food as usual, just less of it. Once the weather breaks I'll start walking.
