I had the best intentions yesterday but got caught off guard by "Friday night snack night". Each kid gets to pick one snack as a treat for the week. What do I do? I ran around begging handouts from them! Geesh! I'm going to have to figure out how to deal with that kind of temptation, that's for sure. Looking forward to the Challenges!!

So I wake up this morning still feeling stuffed from my comfort food binge till the wee hours last night/this morning. Ugghhh!!! And I didn't even like the food I was eating. I HATE that! I need to get my act together and get back on track.
