Ce matin abus de bien être... Je monte sur la balance et la miracle elle m annonce 69,8 !!!! Yes :-D sauf que... Histoire de ressentir une seconde fois cette victoire je remonte... Et ben j aurais pas du ptdr... 70,00 tout rond et malgré 3 pesé supplémentaire elle n a rien voulu savoir... Même les mots doux n ont pas fonctionné.... Je l aurais un jour je l aurais !!!!

2.7 d 'IMC en moins depuis le debut ... 7 kg tout rond en moins ...
et en plus ce matin il fait beau ;-)
hop hop hop , musique, menage, les enfants a prendre et apres direction la maternité voie le nouveau neveu ;-) !!!!
