I kind of binged when a friend came over on Sunday but overall I have been doing well. I am not sticking to my 1600 calories but have been under 2000. I think I am just going to say 1800 calories is my daily limit and see how it goes. My next weigh in is this Sunday morning. WOOT WOOT.
I rejoined equinox. I need those classes. Have been going everyday since Saturday. Equinox helped me get on track last time and so I hope it will again this time.

My goal is to eat 1600 calories a day. I just need to have a lower caloric intake. Me and the bf are going to his restaurant tomorrow so I wont be sticking to the 1600 calories and I dont think everyday will be a 1600 calories but I can do it most days.

Alright! Not bad my first week in the new year. I am trying to keep myself in check by following some strict guidelines as to what and when I eat. I tend to binge eat when I am not careful so I am trying to be more mindful. What helped over the summer was making a meal plan for the week so last night I did that. Joining weight watchers this week. Hopefully all that should help. My goal is to lose anywhere between 1 to 2 lbs a week. By June 28 I hope to be between 232 to 212 lbs. Going to weigh in every Sunday morning.
