Bought whey protein mix, and 4 atkins drinks which really filled me up today... had a 11oz shake for breakfast and lunch.. jacks links jerkey 1 oz for a snack and I feel good... cleaned the house for a few hours and moved all day... good day for me... staying foused

Im eating in the middle of the night,that
MUST
stop. Im not as active, I feel tired, MUST STOP.. Now im pissed off, because I gained, I must be more motivated to lose a little more weight… im on the Yo-Yo ride with my weight… I started only eating 1,000 cal a day and not eating after 5pm is a stop plus for me.. i have isses drinking water!!! need to start drinking more water... it'll fill me up.... started back excising... gotta work back up

my triggers are Baked Macaroni & White Cheddar Cheese wow i ate way to much of that today..dont cook it wont eat it . lmfao

Wow it’s amazing lost 9lbs over night, I took a 100mg fluid pill, urinated all night, got no sleep and took a huge bowel movement.. I guess I was bowed. I feel lighter today. I must keep taking my fluid pills every day and don’t let my doctor find out that I stopped for about a month. This proves that I do need to keep taking them or I’ll gain water weight, my body holds water, not good from eating salt.. I need to stay away from salt
